Getting back on track: Try my yummy Chocolate Coconut Banana Shake!

So how are those New Year's resolutions working out for you? This month has been so hectic for me as my schedule has completely changed! Skipping breakfast has become a bad habit of mine. Lately I have just been lazy/late and running on 99cent coffee in the mornings. Not good! So today I headed out to Trader Joe's to re stock on the ingredients of my yummy breakfast protein shake! I also use this for pre and post workouts on occasion. Feel free to try it out or send me other recipes =]
I also picked up the 30 day supply of Daily Vitamins and Minerals. I figure I can sort of use this as a daily reminder to eat as healthy as possible for the next 30 days! Let's see how that works!

Here's what I use:
1. Chocolate Flavored Whey Protein Powder.
2. Unsweetened coconut milk
3. Organic Bananas
4. Ice



In a blender, add half a glass of Ice, one glass of coconut milk, one banana and 2 scoops of the chocolate protein powder and blend. I'm not a fan of those blender cups. It does not compare to the fresh chocomil flavor or a blended drink.
